The BrakeAway cruise control is a mechanical friction devise which will hold your throttle in place when set.
You can overide the position by turning the throttle up or down without disengaging the unit.
The throttle position will stay where you set it until the cruise is released by the front brake or the manual push lever.
7CP04 is designed to fit the Kuryakyn Iso Grips as well as stock. You will need to lube the grip with dishsoap so you can work it over the rubber pads. This unit will also fit all the way over the flange of the Iso grip without modification.
